BALL STATE STUDENTS SWING FOR THE FENCES: STORIES FROM SPRING TRAINING 2012
What better way to spend spring break than to head to Florida and spend the week as a baseball journalist.
That is exactly what 14 students and one instructor from Ball State University did during spring break of 2012. This immersive learning course was designed to allow students to spend a semester learning about covering and completing multimedia stories about one topic, in this case baseball's spring training. Students were expected to find stories that would appeal to an east central Indiana audience. What you'll see on the following pages represents the work of these students over the course of the Spring 2012 semester. |
